Terms of Use
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and creatr ("creatr", "we", "us") for your use of the creatr workspace app ("creatr") and this website. By creating an account or using creatr, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use creatr.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to use creatr.
- Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email current so you can reset your password.
Your content
Your ideas, scripts, notes, saves and plans belong to you. You give us permission to store, copy and display your content only as needed to run creatr for you — for example, to sync it to your devices and show it to the people you choose to share it with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You're responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to use it. Saving a link to someone else's video in creatr doesn't give you rights to that video; please respect creators' work and the rules of the platforms you save from.
Sharing
When you share a script or folder, the people you invite can see it, and depending on the access you give, edit it or add to it. Only share with people you trust, and remove access in the app when you no longer want someone to have it.
Acceptable use
Don't use creatr to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright;
- harass, threaten or spam other people, including through invitations;
- upload malicious code, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- interfere with or overload the service, or copy or resell it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
The service
We're always improving creatr, so features may change, and we may add, change or remove features over time. We work to keep creatr available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
creatr Pro subscriptions
creatr is free to use with limits: up to 10 scripts and 10 saved inspiration videos (each counts once, even if you later delete it) and 1 folder of each kind. Scripts and folders other people share with you don't count toward your limits. creatr Pro removes these limits.
- Plans and price: creatr Pro Monthly ($3.99 per month) or creatr Pro Yearly ($29.99 per year), in US dollars. Prices in other countries are shown in the app before you buy and may include local taxes.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get a 1-week free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Payment and renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel anytime: manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in creatr under Profile → Manage subscription. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If Pro ends: everything you made stays yours and stays viewable. You just can't create more than the free limits allow until you subscribe again.
- Restore: if you reinstall creatr or get a new phone, tap Restore purchases in Profile or on the Pro screen.
We may change prices in the future; Apple will tell you in advance and ask for your consent where required.
Ending your account
You can stop using creatr and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering creatr, and we'll try to give you notice when we reasonably can.
Disclaimers
creatr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. creatr helps you plan and organize content; it doesn't guarantee views, followers or other results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, creatr won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of creatr. Our total liability for any claim relating to creatr is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
Apple
If you got creatr from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and creatr, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for creatr or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and isn't responsible for addressing claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of creatr must also follow the App Store's Usage Rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use creatr after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.
