Common questions
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and open the link we send you on your iPhone. It takes you straight to a screen to choose a new password.
How do I save a TikTok, Reel or Short?
In the app, tap Share → Copy link. Then open creatr, go to Saved and tap Paste. Add a name, tag why you saved it, and pick a folder.
How do I share a script or folder?
Open the script and tap Share, or open a folder and tap the add-people button. Enter the person's email. They'll see it in their notifications and can accept it.
My reminders aren't showing up
Check that notifications are on for creatr in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → creatr.
How do I switch between light and dark?
Tap your profile button (top left), then choose Automatic, Dark or Light under Style.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your profile button, then Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it. If you can't get into the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
